I've officially lost my mind. Still working on this psychopathology outline on anorexia nervosa that's due technically today now, and guess what I come across as I'm reading article after article? An article written by someone named Ulrike. No freaking way. My mind exploded even more than it already had.

Ok, that's really all I came here to say. Still have work to finish. Will post sometime later this week on my usual updates ~ not much since golden week practically stopped life in Japan last week.. xcept for that Rufus announcement in KKM... who woulda thought?? I'm still a bit O.O;; at that

Oh boy... So little bit of life news.... Turns out my externship supervisor for next year wants us to start early during the summer. When I asked when she was thinking of starting (as I was planning to go to Japan in mid-July), she tells me July 1st. This means that now I have to rearrange my trip to early June if I want to go at all (which is pretty obvious). ARG, not amused in the least, but that means I get an early start with my hours (and I get paid, a rarity in externships).

Under this cut... Ouran, VK, Naruto, IY, D.Gray, KKM, xxxHolic, Tsubasa, Fairy Tale.

Ouran. Hikaru u SUCK! I can't believe u did that........ u purposefully told Tamaki not to go, have a moral dilemma about it, then tell Haruhi u like her and want to date her??? All the while Tamaki heard about Hikaru's accident and is now trying to rush thru a snowstorm to see if he's ok. Hikaru i love u but u truly SUCK. Haruhi, you BETTER say no.

VK. Yay, I understood this month's chapter!! L0L. So Kaname was cursed to not be able to kill Ridou. Ridou is now awake... ::sigh:: How did all those human!vampires come about tho? Did he have time to randomly bite ppl so they could go and collect 'gifts' for him? Haha... the night class coming to the rescue of the day class is great... didn't expect that with their superiority complexes. LOVING Kaname in this chapter tho... now that he mentions it, Zero really is the perfect 'knight'... and he does seem to have the power to kill Ridou as Kaname planned... I mean, Zero has the power of his twin from the womb, he constantly drank Yuuki's blood (pureblood), and drank Kaname's blood AFTER Kaname drank Shizuka's blood. Zero's a freakin powerhouse atm. This is gonna be fun!!!

Naruto. Interesting... Itachi was actually ORDERED by Konoha to kill off his entire clan. Does that mean that he went against orders when he let his brother live? It looks like Itachi really was a caring older brother.... And I get the feeling this flashback of the creation of Konoha is gonna take forever... It's gonna be a long battle between the first and Madara in the battle for clan supremacy.

Inuyasha. Sigh.... Just when you think it's about to end, no it doesnt. So Naraku is in pieces, tries blackmailing them by saying if they destroy him now his remains/shouki will rain down on Kaede's village and kill everyone. Sesshoumaru of course really doesn't give a rat's ass at this so attacks anyway. However, now that the Shikon is exposed and Kagome is aimed to fire, we get one of those cliffhanger teasers that sounds as if something is gonna go terribly wrong... Jeez Takahashi-sensei... PLEASE LET IT END ALREADY!!!!

D.Gray-Man. The level 4 is dead, they lost 1/2 the science department, and now there is a mandatory meeting of the higher-ups to discuss further strategy etc. I died at the fight between Kanda and Allen... they're both recovering yet they decide to fight anyway, end up fighting for hours, and make a bet that whoever loses has to shave his head. <3 <3 <3 It was great. I was really disappointed at the art for this chapter tho... on certain pages they looked more like rough draft sketches instead of actual finished pages so it was a bit disappointing.

KKM. Yup, so the bearbee Greta gets is named Yuuram. And the plot revolves around how some bearbees turned into gremlin-like things... I can officially say that this ep was pointless and the KKM-world would have been MUCH better off without it. Next ep seems to include that Frankenshire country, or whatever it was called.. does that mean we get into real plot again? Oh I hope so!!

xxxHolic. So Kohane finally made her wish, and Yuuko granted it. The biggest NON-shocker in this entire double-series... Kohane had a feather in her. Duhh. Some really nice art in this chapter tho

Tsubasa. Damn u clamp... my mind just does not wrap around whatever the hell ur trying to say. So the time in the ruins stopped. But they said something about how noone was allowed in the ruins during the purification ritual. But thats not what was happening when they left Clow-kuni... they were still excavating.... And Syaoran was with Sakura always since 7 days before her 7th bday... ummm... what? And Syaoran had his time turned back as a way of paying Yuuko to get the 'Sakura of that day back'... So umm.. he's older than he appears? 'that Sakura' is still alive? Uhh... umm... ::rips hair out::

Fairy Tail. They're still running around the tower of paradise, Natsu is fighting some ppl with a cat-head on... yeeaaaa... not much interesting new stuff this chapter.

Found scans of the new KKM OVA cards that came out... 6 SP, 2 Box insert, 1 Box, 30 regs. Pix under the cut.

Not 100% sure, but I believe the top right and left cards are the box inserts, and the Conrad is the box card. The specials # actually go from Yuuri and Sara as #1 down that row to #4, then the one of all of them in tuxedos is #5 and the one at the table is #6. VERY disappointed in the regs... only 30 and NONE include the Kiss... or even CLOSE to the kiss... so upsetting!!

So apparently I have enough time to read/watch all of what I posted last week, and it doesnt even end there. I went to the bookstore over the weekend to read stuff as I was waiting for someone for a few hrs and I had time to kill. The bookstore was well stocked and was pretty much up-to-date on what had been released, and yet I STILL could not find anything to read ^^;;;;; Yup... I officially scared myself. I ended up rereading books I had already read. A bit disappointing and frightening ne?

Amazingly, I forgot to comment last week on a series that just had some HUGE breakthroughs in plot..... ::head!desk::

EDIT: Ok... so I got a little carried away in the cut... it now includes FYGenbu Kaiden, Code Geass, a sentence on xxxholic, moe kare, and KKM.

Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden. HOLY MOTHER OF COW. Yes, of cow. So Takiko goes back to her world when the seishi decide they would rather protect her life than sacrifice her to genbu (they just found out from taiitsukun that she'll be sacrificed so they start being pricks). she goes back all dejectedly and what does she learn? she has a marriage proposal!! from a doctor too (or was it that he's still in training?? he is kinda young ^^;; ) ANYWHO... what happens next? My theory was proven right... Takiko gets sick so much cuz she caught her mother's illness (i think she had tuberculosis.. sry if i spelled that wrong). Yup. Daddy tried burning the shijintenchishou but shocker! it didnt burn. he tried to bury it, but takiko found out and returned back to the book. ::sigh:: from the depressing way the plot spirals downward, it was just the next logical step that she would be dying too.. I mean, she is gonna die at the end anyway, ne?

And well... while I'm here, might as well comment on Code Geass r2 ep3.... So rolo finally starts showing his true colors... man... how does EVERYone have geass' now? They just giving them out on the street?? Really liked the semi-date between Lulu and Shirley... Too bad lelouch was using it to find a hole in his surveilance. It would be nice if they got together but considering the twisted-ness of the plot up until now, it will never happen. ever. or if it does, it will go very very horribly wrong.

Oh... and after reading the new chapter, confirmed that xxxHolic is still in the Kohane's wish-arc thing..

New Moe Kare chapter came out... took a bit long considering the series ended already as far as I know (and I'm pretty sure the whole thing is scanlated too...). Random series, but cute in it's own way. Girl falls in love with boy. Boy ends up falling for girl. Boy's brother-he-never-knew-he-had-that-looks-exactly-like-him-but-with-different-color-eyes tries to sully boy1's name then falls for same girl. Yup, pretty much all shoujo fluff.

KKM. They're playing up the similarities between the first season and this one.. So from ep1 on: Yuuri appears, some ppl question his authority to be maou, there's some ruckus about the engagement (whether a proposal or annulment), Wolf and Yuuri fight, Maou!yuuri takes over and kicks wolf's butt with his maryoku, yuuri affirms his power and right to be maou, and there is acceptance of the maou and the engagement. Yea, that's a lot. Oh well... they're engaged again and that's all that really matters ^_^ A little afraid of this weeks ep... The bearbees return, and I think one of them is actually named 'Yuuram' ^^;;;;;;

And the biggest news... KKM NOVELS ARE FINALLY LICENSED!!!!!!!! Took them long enough. Sheshhh.. XXD

And on a slightly different topic, have started getting stuff for my new cosplay ^_^ Not only that, I finally figured out what other cosplay I wanna do for the next con!! another easy one, but a character that is typically not done and an outfit I've never seen done so this + KKM-novel-goodness = I'm quite ecstatic!!

So it seems that I apparently only get around to posting once a month... >sigh< and i still havnt posted the animeboston pix here... well some of my cosplay pix are up on cosplay.com and photobucket.. i did ukyou friday (ranma 1/2), and wolfram the other two days (manga version). tho someone in the dealers room rammed into me and broke the sword i spend hours upon hours carving (yes im still upset about it). hav to start working on my new cosplays tho.. wolfie's outfit is WAY too hot for a summer con ^^;;

After killing myself with work for a couple of weeks and dealing with a crisis or two I finally found time to just sit back and enjoy some anime... I'll post comments on the regular series I keep up with and the new ones iv gotten into too...

Many many spoilers... Series listed: Inuyasha, Naruto, Vampire Knight, FMA, Shinshi doumei cross, Kyou Kara Maou, Tsubasa, Skip Beat, xxxHolic.

Inuyasha. sigh, not much new here.. naraku still not dead, but seems close as miroku's kazaana is apparently closing. byakuya is dead tho.

Naruto. Well it seems itachi is officially dead. not much of a surprise that tobi was uchiha madara. was a surprise that itachi actually placed a kind of protection spell on sasuke (amaterasu activates if madara gets too close), so from what madara said itachi really wasnt evil but trying to protect sasuke all along... theories? itachi had to participate with madara in the massacre of the uchihas and made sasuke hate him so that sasuke would be forced to get strong enough to protect himself from madara? semi-crack theory, i know.

VK. didnt understand the last chapter. seriously. will have to reread it in hopes of making sense of it. new one should be out in a week or so. will watch the anime soon.

FMA. new chapter wasnt much in terms of new info... kinda bridges ed back into the plot, and we finally get to see greed!ling again ^_^ i'm LOVING how ling practically tortured greed and finally took over again!

Shinshi. Haine finally grew a pair l0l. she actually went and tried to make a demand from the head of the tougu family.. and looks like takanari and shizumasa are on the verge of reconciliation. finally.

KKM. 3rd season has been interesting so far... wolf was the new maou. then it was decided by the aristocrats (yes we finally meet them all) that yuuri would be maou. then wolf leaves for his family's territory after leaving a note renouncing his engagement. next ep, yuuri goes to bielefeld territory after him and fights him? love it.

Tsubasa. latest chapter didnt have much in terms of plot or anything of interest, but had one absolutly awesome line... not sure just how its possible that the sakura theyr going to save out of the ruins is the sakura real!syaoran knew b4 he was captured... cuz she's the clone of the clow princess.... sigh clamp will destroy my brain one day.

Skip Beat. only skimmed raws of latest 2 chapters but looked like kyouko's bday went well for her.. so well that she stared at her presents too long and was late for her first day of filming a new drama.. haha

xxxHolic. actually dont remember any specifics of what was in the last chapter. i think its still the kohane part after her mom. oh well.

D.Gray-Man. well it's new since the last update. i <3 kanda tho. seriously so hot. finally got past that opening storyline to the real stuff and couldnt stop... they're about to beat that level 4, but sadly will be on break so no new chapter.

Code Geass. finished the first season and watched 2 eps of R2. lulu rocks. that cliffhanger at the end of season 1 was like O.O;;; i huggle anyone who was forced to wait for R2 to start. suzaku pissed me off tho. wtf was with him??? and im royally confused with r2... i get that lulu was forced to forget, but why was everyone else's memories altered as well? noone seemed to have a problem with lulu having a brother instead of a sister... the emperor used his power on everyone in the academy? that seems like a bit much.

Fairy Tale. had nothing to read at the bookstore on saturday while waiting for someone so read this... finished whats been scanlated too.. interesting series. got kinda annoying after a while cuz there was just a bunch of overlap with rave... i mean, plue is even in this with the same looks and name.. but oh well, its amusing and fun, so ill keep reading it.

Yea, so much for doing some work.... only have a paper to write for tomorrow when I don't have a clue how to make it that long... Oh well...

Random Thoughts:

Ok... so someone's random comments in a fanfic got me thinking (gomen, I don't remember who said it...). So once I got to thinking, I realized that the mazoku aging system makes absolutely NO sense... I mean, when you don't really think about it, it's like 'ok, so they're 5 times older than humans' but when you look deeper, it's like 'wait a minute....'

So this would mean that when a mazoku is 20 years old, they have the mental capabilities of a 4 year old?? That would make them extremely vulnerable and dependent for WAY too long. And when you think that the war was 20 years ago, that means that Wolfram was 62 right? 62 is around 12ish.... and he was completely insistent that he be sent to war, and in the novels, he actually WENT to war..... ummm... does that make any sense? Not particularly

SPOILERS

Wanted to wait until FMA 81 came out, but have read summaries and seen a preview page (OMG EDs FREAKIN HOT!!!!!!) so I guess that's enough.

FMA. Ed's finally back. And he's healed. Winry and Rose getting along and chatting about Ed? Kinda wierd..... Hoho telling Al the truth? Completely unexpected. Yay Ling's back! And more info on the 'immortal army'!

Shinshi. Geezz... does every one of Tanemura-sensei's manga's have to have someone who has cancer/terminal disease? And of course, Takanari has to act now and push Haine away when she came to save him. Stupid Senri.

Naruto. One day this fight will end. One day, but that day isn't today (or whenever the chapter came out ^^;;)

IY. Well, they're finally around the real Naraku, Byakuya now has the Meidou Zangetsuha, and Sesshoumaru didn't kill Sango. Now that it's going well, something bad will happen in the next chapter :(

Bleach. Well... I havn't quite caught up to the recent chapters (fell behind a while ago). Just wanted to say that the sand arancar kyoudai things really creeped me out... And heard that Kenpachi doesn't release his bankai.. so upsetting.

Darker than Black. Watched 2 episodes... not quite sure exactly what's going on, but it was interesting non-the-less... guess I'll watch some more before making my decision.

Code Geass. Finally got around to watching it. Watched 3 episodes so far. Lulu-chan is <3 (Yes, I will forever refer to him as that... I was a bit surprised that he didn't yell at the girl that calls him that)

Skip Beat. Awww... Poor Maria-chan... that was really sweet that she finally got to make up with her daddy. And it's Kyouko's bday?? And Ren's giving her a red rose?!???? WOOHOO.

Oh, and I had drawn some cute chibi-art the other day in class, but can't find the wire I need to connect my scanner to my comp, so will try to upload those later... maybe I'll make it a little game like 'see if you can figure out who I drew?'

Oooooo... 2nd post within only one week? Miracle ^_~

2nd time being seriously sick in the past 3 weeks? Not so much a miracle.

VK 36. Muhaha... Vampire!Yuuki biting Kaname was absolutely hot. Rima fighting Ridou!Shiki was a bit strange considering their apparent 'affection' for each other... and it was a bit upsetting to see her hurt, but it was awesome that she managed to get Shiki to respond to her

VK 37. Hot splash page!! The Ruka/Kaname scene was cute.. nice to see that she's finally grown up a little. Hmm.. so Kaname can't kill Ridou... so he gave him his blood instead?? And Kaname is the strongest of the Kurans? So why did it seem like Ridou was after Yuuki?? And Yuuki's blood was sealed to protect her but not Kaname.... arg.... a bit lost :(
HUGE OoO; moment... Yuuki's comment of 'The vampire side of me ate the other part'... makes sense when you read the rest of the chapter about the vampire twins eating the other.. but makes me feel that later somehow the annoying Yuuki will manage to fight her way out and I'll dislike her again. She really was so annoying before.

Tsubasa. Another hot splash page ^_^ And OMG Yuuko was hurt! I couldn't believe it... so upsetting... but now they're finally in Clow-Kuni... we'll finally get to see the final battle (and BTW... Fai with golden eyes is just plain wierd. Amazingly Hot but wierd)

Shinshi. So Shizumasa was really the dependent one, and only because of a stupid test in which he managed to almost KILL Takanari did he get named the successor and Takanari became the shadow. WTF. Poor Takanari.. he thought it was just another game... But Shizumasa still cares for Takanari as a brother even though he's been such an ass? At least Haine finally figured out which one she loves and is going to try to save Takanari now

KKM. New OVA in like a day or two!!! Finally, it's been 2 months since the <3<3<3 last OVA =DDD

Apparently Yaoi-Con is getting an AWESOME guest.... Youka Nitta! Too bad its on the other side of the country, ne?

Apparently Zettai Kareshi (Absolute Boyfriend) is turning into a live-action O.o

Thanks to [Bad username: sekitx2� for pointing out that there will be a new Slayers anime!!! I'm so happy right now!! I'd throw a fireball right now if I could And Leonardo DiCaprio (or his company... not sure if he's going to work on it) is producing the AMERICAN live-action Akira movies???? Worries me a bit what they're going to do to the classic... sigh That's it for now.... Could add more, but sadly it's rather late now ^^;;; ]

Hmmm... Have I really not posted anything in a whole month?? Not sure how that's possible since I'm on here at least every other day ^^;; Gomen ne!!

My first official LJ Cut! Hopefully it works right ^^;; Be warned... it's a teeny bit long..

Let's see... Classes are good.... Training has been non-existant cuz somehow there's always something else to do around the time when I SHOULD be training. Have to help out in a WomanSafe seminar tomorrow/today considering the time, if it's not cancelled from the insane snow storm expected to pass by this way.. sadly that will be the most I've worked out in a while :(

Had the biggest Japanese food craving the other day, but somehow noone was available to go eat with me.... Couldn't find anyone so ate at the mini-restaurants at the Japanese supermarket instead... not what I wanted to eat, but better than nothing I guess... Never would have imagined a certain someone would have driven up about an hour just to eat with me =P Nice to know for next time tho ^_^

Wolfie crossplay is a work in progress, but I shouldn't have any problems finishing up by the time ABoston roles around. If only they would post their schedule up... Not easy to plan stuff out when you don't know when everything is.

I now have more FFVII stuff in my apartment than I ever imagined I would have... I have the chibi play arts figures (and some extras if anybody interested), both Advent Children statues of Cloud and Sephiroth fighting (yes, the big ones that complete each other and mirror their fight in the movie), and three of the original Kotobukiya statues from the game ~ Cloud, Sephiroth, Vincent. And I'm really really really REALLY hoping to somehow get that new Aerith statue that (somewhat) portrays the scene right before she's killed... Not 100% canon, but truly well done non-the-less. Seriously don't have the money for that one tho

Hmmm... Anime anime... what have I been doing lately on that front? Good question.

Inuyasha. Dragging out as always. But REALLY winding down, so hopefully will be fully over and complete, but I give it until the end of the year.
Naruto. Geeezz.. enough genjutsu already. I think this time Sasuke and Itachi are fighting for real, but I've been deceived many times before.
FMA. Yea, I thought that character had died, but apparently is only ALMOST dead. Would feel better if we'd seen Ed at some point in the past few months. Happy that the chapters got longer tho!
Tsubasa. Final battle baby. Wonder exactly WHEN Watanuki paid that price...
Ouran. TOO CUTE. HaruxTama all the way baby!

Got a nice surprise that WANTED will be coming out in the US in the fall... BODY will be out soon as well. Now if only Tokyopop will start releasing the KKM novels along with the manga, I'd be really really happy. Oh yea, heard somewhere that DNAngel is going to start being released again. Anyone have any corroborating evidence for this?

Any reviews for Darker than Black? Kinda debated on watching that recently. Had another series in mind as well, but can't remember it at this point... oh well, that should be long enough to make up for the past month's lack-o-updates, right? I'm sure if you made it this far you're pretty tired. Otsukaresama!!!

Interestingly I don't really have much to say today, but felt like posting anyway.

In my search for lovely WolfYuu/Yuuram goodness, I feel that I have exhausted most of the fanfics I've managed to come across, and I can't bear one-shots anymore.. Luckily there have been some amazing ones out there, and on the flip side some incredibly not-so-good ones as well. If I didn't have so much to do now that classes have begun again I might consider writing my own, but sincerely doubt it as of the moment, especially since I want to crossplay Wolfram for a con that's in 2 months and havn't even started working on it yet ^^;;

On another note, I've been looking for the translations or even the Japanese of one of the kkm drama cds.. The one where Yuuri and Wolfram go on a date... >sqee!< It was a bonus with certain copies of this dvd:

Was also interested to know what was on the bonus drama cd that came with OVA 3... I've debated on getting it, but only if it's worth it.....

So all of anime/manga has apparently been turning upside down recently.... the number of OMG's I let out while watching/reading is just way too much... here's some examples

Warning... Spoilers...

Tsubasa. WTF. I swear, CLAMP is composed of the most twisted people ever. How can it be possible in all the manga-verse that Fei Wong got his grubby little hands on Sakura long enough to clone her? (and then swap her for the real one) Seriously. WTF.

KKM. WolfYuu baby. They kissed. And not a peck. Hot stuff. And if you look at a high-res version, you can kinda see them kissing too. FINALLY!

FMA. It's been so long that Arakawa-sensei has killed off a seriously main character that I forgot what it felt like to almost fall out of my seat at someone's death. Wanna know who dies? And who killed them? Check out chapter 79. (And it's someone who didn't die in the anime version too)

Ouran. There was actually a breakthrough. Haruhi has finally figured out she likes someone. And she doesn't know what to do about it. And he has no idea he likes her like that either. Awesome.

Inuyasha. It's almost over. For real this time. The Jewel is complete. Miroku's about a minute away from his Kazaana ripping. Kagome's working with Sesshoumaru. Inuyasha went full-demon and almost killed Kagome. He might kill Rin now. So close to closure. No series should take 12 years to finish.

Vampire Knight. Yuuki's a vampire. She's a pure-blood. Kaname reawakened her. By biting her. There was kissing. Yuuki was either adopted by or being protected by Kaname's parents. Kaname's uncle killed his parents. Kaname's uncle is back in town (or errr... school?). In his son Shiki's body.

Naruto. Sasuke kicked Itachi's ass. In one chapter. Nothing happens in one chapter in Naruto. But one of the most hyped up fights does. (at least it seems like it's over. not 100% yet)

Sigh.... It's too much. You'd think after reading this stuff for 12 years it wouldn't be possible to be shocked anymore. Yet all of this happened. Within the past 2 weeks no less.

So apparently I made this account a while ago and completely forgot about it. Oooppss..

So for those who do not know me, I'm a huge anime fan.. Right now I'm big into Kyou Kara Maou, but other interests include FMA, Tsubasa, Slayers, Tenipuri, Fushigi Yuugi, Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden, Ayashi no Ceres, CCS, Vampire Knight, HanaKimi, X, YYH, Ouran, Merupuri, IY, Fruits Basket, Ranma, Skip Beat, S.A., Gakuen Alice, Naruto, Bleach, xxxHolic, Black Cat, Sakura Taisen, Kenshin, Mujuuryoku Shounen, El Hazard, Final Fantasy (VII, XII), Love Monster, Shinshi Doumei Cross (Gentleman's Alliance), Rockin Heaven, and sadly I could keep going on and on but that would really take a long long time to write out..

My two major forms of collecting anime would be manga and trading cards (trading, not gaming). I'd say my manga count (english) would fall in the 450s with the number that I've read overall falling in the 1300s ^^;; (yes I spend a LOT of time in the bookstore reading). As for my cards, I collect cards from over 90 sets, with over 30 fully complete and almost 30 near complete. Interested in cards?
